Services
An hour's treatment to include Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Guided Meditation and Relaxation techniques. A combination of up to three treatments.
One and a half hour treatment to include Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Guided Meditation and Relaxation techniques. A combination of up to three treatments.

Restorative Full Body Massage - after a free initial consultation with Caroline you will be prescribed the most suitable style of massage for you.
Facial reflexology followed by Foot Reflexology. An hours appointment to help you to bring balance and relaxation to your whole body.
Half hour massage of your back, neck and shoulder, this is carried out on the massage chair
One hour including upto three treatments of your choice with Caroline

Fear of flying is common and can be addressed with clinical hypnosis. Some clients remember a specific experience which caused their anxiety/fear whereas others have no idea how it started. With hypnosis a fear can be addressed without knowing the source of the problem. Caroline is happy to discuss clinical hypnosis with you prior to your appointment so please email or text and she will arrange a suitable time for a phone consultation.

Aromatherapy Massage - 1 hour
A restorative massage concentrating on the back, neck and shoulder. This can be on the massage couch or chair depending on your choice at the time of your appointment
