Hypnotherapy is an alternative medicine in which hypnosis is used to create a state of focused attention and increased suggestibility during which positive suggestions and guided imagery are used to help individuals deal with a variety of concerns and issues.  A bespoke session of Hypnotherapy will be personalised for you and what you want to achieve., ie., lack of confidence, stress, phobias, stage fright, fear of flying, pain management, exam fear, public speaking, etc.,  Once you book your appointment, Katherine will call to discuss your session and work out a detailed plan of action based on your goals.

Fear of flying is common and can be addressed with clinical hypnosis.  Some clients remember a specific experience which caused their anxiety/fear whereas others have no idea how it started.  With hypnosis a fear can be addressed without knowing the source of the problem.
